Full Sublimation
Sublimated designs are as durable as the fabric itself, ensuring they won't fade, crack, or peel. The ink chemically bonds with the fabric, creating a vibrant, seamless finish that integrates fully with the material.
Because full sublimation requires detailed design work, we recommend having an experienced designer compile your design package. Alternatively, you can reach out to us for assistance.
Sublimation printing gives you complete control over every inch of your jersey. The design is applied directly to the fabric before assembly, allowing it to cover the entire surface, cross seams, wrap around shoulders, and more.

Spot Sublimation
Spot sublimation is a technique where a design is applied to a smaller area of an already sewn white garment. It’s often preferred over screen printing because it allows for printing multiple colors, including gradients and shading, without the extra setup costs typically associated with multi-colored designs.
The maximum area for a spot sublimated logo is 12 by 16 inches. Multiple spot sublimated logos can be combined to create a larger image, but it’s important to leave gaps in the design to ensure flexibility when aligning the artwork on the jersey.
