Step 1 | Confirm Printed Panels

Once your designs are digitally approved, we’ll proceed to the Printed Panel Process. This step provides a physical preview of the final product, allowing you to see exactly how it will look before full production begins. This helps ensure there are no surprises when you receive the finished gear. Your confirmation at this stage is required to move forward with full production.

Step 2 | Print jerseys

Once the Printed Panels are confirmed and the order sheets submitted, full production begins with printing. Your designs are transferred onto large rolls of your chosen jersey fabric, fusing seamlessly with the material to create a durable bond that resists fading, cracking, and peeling.
